1.  Telephone (01832 277258) between 9am and 5pm to arrange an initial meeting.  This is to try shapes and discuss ideas and does not commit you to an order.

2.  Lai will then contact you with any further design ideas and an estimate.  At this stage you then decide whether you would like to proceed with the commission.

3.  A second meeting or fitting takes place once the basic structure of the hat is made.  This is to check the size and design.  At this stage, changes can still be made if need be. 

4.  A third and final meeting is to try on the finished hat and to take it away!

A minimum of 6-8 weeks notice is needed for any commission. 

Prices vary according to materials and the amount of work involved and range from £80 to £500.

Lai will continue to 'look after' your hat so you can bring it to her for freshening up into the future.
